Royal Excel Mouscron (also known as Mouscron or REM) is a professional football team from Belgium, Mouscron. It was founded as RRC Peruwelz in 2010, and adopted its current name in the summer of 2016. Playing theor home games at the Stade Le Canonnier, with a capacity of 10,800 people.

Following the liquidation and disintegration of RE Mouscron, whose registration number was revoked by the Royal Belgian Football Association, the city of Mouscron began negotiations with the leaders of the RUE Peruvelz for a possible merger. After weeks of hesitation and uncertainty, they have found a solution. The contract was officially signed and announced on March 11, 2010. Debts of about 100,000 euros in the name of RRK Peruvelz were cleared, and the city agreed to maintain the training center. The newly formed club, Royal Mouscron-Peruvelz, took the history of RRC Peruwaltz, keeping red and blue as its main colors. In the first season the club played in the Belgian Promotion A (the fourth level of Belgian football). After a strong season, they have reached the Belgian Third Division for the 2011/12 season, playing in Division A. Reached the 6th round of the Belgian Cup 2011/12, before losing by a hair of Beershot AK on penalties with 4:3.

It finished first in his division in the league and qualified for the Second Belgian Division. The following season it finished second and qualified for the playoffs for promotion, but lost. In the 2014 playoffs, it finished 4th and qualified again, this time winning the playoffs and being promoted to the highest level of Belgian football for the first time in its history, returning elite football to Mouscron. In 2016, the name was changed to Royal Excel Mouscron.
