Royal General Sports Association Eupen or simply Eupen is a professional Belgian football team from the city of Eupen in the German-speaking community of Belgium. It is also known by the nickname "Pandas". It was founded in 1945 and today plays at the Kehrwegstadion, with a capacity of 8,363 people.

Eupen was founded in 1945 after the merger of Jugend Eupen and FC Eupen 1920. They first reached the Belgian First Division in the 2010/11 season. In June 2012, the club was acquired by the Government of Qatar and its Aspire Zone Foundation, which also owns Paris Saint-Germain. Aspire Academy has announced its intention to use the club as a starting point in European football for its academy graduates from Africa, South America and Asia.

Eupen finished second in the Second Division in 2015/16, which gave this club the right to play in the highest level of professional Belgian football for the second time in its history. But the club for the first time in its history managed to stay in the First Division after the end of the season.
