Huddersfield Town is a football team from Huddersfield (West Yorkshire). They were the first English team to win three consecutive titles in the 1923/24, 1924/25 and 1925/26 seasons. He also won the FA Cup in 1922. The club is known by the nickname "terriers". It was founded in August 1908. The home ground of the team is John Smith Stadium.

Three times champion of the First Division and once of the Second Division. The club have won the FA Cup once, and once they have played a semifinal for the Football League Cup. Also won FA Charity Shield once. The Yorkshire Electricity Cup - 1 trophy. Also once won the Tournoi de Pentecôte du Red Star international tournament.

The club's main rival is Leeds United, but Huddersfield also have a rivalry with Bradford City.

Huddersfield was founded in 1908 and in 1910 entered the Football League. They have reached the FA Cup final in 1920 and were promoted to the First Division. After World War II, however, the team entered a bad phase, losing its place in the First Division.

In 2010/11 the team managed to achieve the second longest in the history of the league with 43 games without defeat.

The team played in the Championship for the first time in 2012, and in 2017 managed to win a place in the Premier League.

Interestin fact is that the team debated the home kit colours for more than five years, until finally in 1913 it began playing with its blue and white kit, till present days.
