Getafe Football Club is a professional team from Spain and, more precisely, from the Getafe suburb of Madrid. It was established in 1983 and plays its home matches at the Coliseum Alfonso Pérez. Getafe as a football club was founded in 1945, officially opened in 1946. Played in the Segunda Division for six seasons. It was disbanded some time later due to unpaid salaries of the players.
