Mjondalen IF is a sports club from the Norwegian town of Mjondalen. It is best known internationally for his football club. It was founded in 1910. Mjondalen FC plays at the Consto Arena, with a capacity of 4,350 seats.

Mjondalen has won the Norwegian Cup three times - in 1933, 1934 and 1937. In 1971 won a promotion to Eliteserien and played there in the 70s and 80s, finishing second in 1976 and 1986. This qualified them in the UEFA Cup.

In the last round of the 1976 season, they beat SC Brann and that would bring them the title if Lillestrom SC lost their game, but unfortunately for Mjondalen they did not and the team remained in second place. The following season dropped out of the league. After this season they have financial difficulties and played in the second, third and fourth levels of Norway for several seasons.

The club was successful in the Second Division in 2008 and in the 2009 season returned to the First League. Played in qualifications for promotion in 2012 and 2013, and in 2014 participated in the playoffs and finally returned to Eliteserien. But finished in 15th place and was eliminated in the First Division. In 2018 finished second in the second division and again were promoted to Eliteserien.

In 1969/70 played in the Cup Winners' Cup tournament, but was eliminated in the first round. They played twice in the UEFA Cup - in 1977/78 and 1987/88, and in both cases lost in the first round.
