SSK Lokeren (also known as Sporting Lokeren or just Lokeren) is a professional football club from Lokeren, East Flanders, Belgium. It was founded in 1923 and is nicknamed "Tricolores". They play their home games at Daknamstadion.

In 1923, the Lokeren Competition Club was founded. Between 1945 and 1951 it underwent a slight change of name (to Lokeren Athletics and Football Club), and the new name from 1951 was Koninklijke Lokeren Sports Club. Due to financial problems, the merger with the other team from the city (Koninklijke Standard FC Lokeren) became necessary in 1970. Then the new team was renamed Koninklijke Sporting Club Lokeren. In 2000, the club merged with Koninklijke Sint-Niklaas SKE to form Sporting Lokeren Sint. Niklaas Vaasland. The last name change was made in 2003, when the name of the province was added to the club name.

Lokeren's colors are white, black and yellow. In 2012, Sporting Lokeren won its first trophy after defeating KV Kortrijk in the Cup final. The club won their second trophy in 2014 after beating Zulte Wagerem 1:0.

The team first reached the First Division in 1974/75. Since then it has had brief appearances in the Second Division for the 1993/94 and 1995/96 seasons. The most successful period was in the 80's, when it finished second in the league and a final for the Belgian Cup. The best result in Europe was reaching the quarterfinals of the 1980/81 UEFA Cup.

Lokeren once became champion of the Second Division, and the best place in the First Belgian Division was 2nd in 1980/81. The club has two Cups of Belgium, as well as another final. They have twice reached the final of the Belgian Super Cup.
